Firmware Version:

My archer c60 router just stopped working and when i try to power it, all leds flash then only power button still on (freezing), i have tried hard reset many times but no result plz help

Hi,

 

Do you use the original power adapter? Was there any power cut or bad weather or firmware upgrading before it stops working? 

 

Could you please shot a short video of the current light status to us. 

 

What is the hardware and firmware version?

 

When and where did you buy this also?

yes it work's with the original adapter, it stops  suddenly in bad weather but the router is inside, i never tried to upgrade it

You may need to contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty.
