My Philips TV does not show up in list of online devices
It is connected to the correct Wifi. I am watching Netflix so the Wifi is running

May I know which Deco does your Philips TV connect to, the main Deco or the slave ones? How far is the TV from the main Deco? If possible, it is suggested to turn off the slave Deco and connect the TV to the main Deco to give it a go, then check if it will show up on the online devices list. If yes, turn on the other Decos and check again.

Hi, my TV is connected to the main Deco which is about 4-5 m away I turned of all slaves and reconnected the TV. It connects but does still not show up on the online list.

Hello, are all other devices showing correctly? How about the IP settings on the TV, are they static or dynamic?
Does TV work or not when it is connected to the Deco network? If yes, can your computer or phone ping the TV?
