Please help i have bought a ax3000 but its the TL-XDR3020 version.  It was bought through geekbuying.com it doesnt seem to be on any drop down menu or in the tethering app. The instructions are in chinese so atm i cant get it to work! Help!! Please....

If the reseller sent you the wrong product, please contact him to request a replacement.

 

But if it is not possible to replace it, please contact the technical support that is responsible for this kind of product in China.


If you are not in China, you can call this hotline number: 00860511-63800692 (Just provide Chinese support).
If you are in China, you can call this hotline number:400886400(Just provide Chinese support).

 

Or you can send an email to fae@tp-link.com.cn (Provide English and Chinese support).
