I connected the wan cable and when i go to the website it says nit connected can some1 hell me fast please

Do you mean the cable is plugged in correctly in the WAN port but it shows unplugged or no internet on the WAN page?

 

Please check and ensure the WAN/Internet light is on, try with another Ethernet cable if not.

 

If the WAN/Internet light is on but there is no internet, please refer to the below troubleshooting to check your settings:
