I want to supply internet wirelessly from my phone with 5Ghz WIFI and provide internet wired via ethernet (at least 2 cables).
I'm looking for the cheapest router for the job.

We basically test and guarantee that the wireless bridge or router can be set up to extend the wireless network of another wireless router, but we actually cannot guarantee the performance when extending a phone's 5G cellular data, which might be a little different from a wireless network and there might be limitations on the mobile ISP side.
We have tested the WR802N with a phone hotspot but there is only one Ethernet port on it. You may refer to the model TL-WR810N, which may meet your requirement:
