Hello, do you mean your router Archer C9 is no longer working? How about the LEDs on it when it is powered on?
If the lights are abnormal, please try to reset it by pressing the reset button on it until the lights flash and try to access its web UI to check the internet settings.
But if the reset also fails to make it work, it is suggested to contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty.
