Good morning all,

We manage modems/routers of several clients using remote access.

Since v3 (and also 4) of model 9970, remote access works
correctly, EXCEPT, the WAN menu does not appear at all !!!

"Before"; when one of our subscribers was in Adsl, and had to switch to Vdsl,
via remote access, we just had to configure the wan, then pass the
9970 to [wifi router mode] then restart

Except that, now we have no remote access wan menu displaying !!!

Is there a solution please?
