Archer AX6000 2.4 GHz not working
Hello!
I seem to be having a similar issue to other users.
After a clean start, both 2.4 and 5G work fine. Usually several hours later, the 2.4 band becomes unavailable. It doesn't appear on any of my devices for more than a brief and occasional moment, and I can't connect to it. 5G works just fine.
I did a factory reset, and the issue happened again.
Is there a beta firmware that can solve this? Or are there steps I can take to clarify the issue at hand?

I mean that the WiFi network even does not appear in the list. All my IoT devices are currently offline. The only 5G devices can connect to WiFi using 5G network.

I see.
If the 2.4G signal doesn't even show up on the AX6000 and no device can detect the signal, you have already tried the basic troubleshooting suggestions, I think the 2.4G might be faulty, please contact the local tech support to confirm the warranty:

I bought my AX6000 March 2020. Up until about 2 weeks ago it worked great, then one day 2.4 wifi just died completely. Everything looks find from admin page, enable, show SSID but none of my devices see it anymore, and can't even find the SSID for a new connection. Tried manually doing the SSID and password and not found. Did manufacture reset and did the minimal config just to test the 2.4 wifi and nothing, completely dead. 5g working great. Worked with TPLink to get a replacement. Had an identical AX6000 from work i used in the mean time and had no issues with that 2.4 wifi for a week or more. When i got my replacement i configured and used it for 1day and a half and the 2.4 wifi completely just like the original.... They have escalated to higher level support before sending another replacement. Will let you guys know what happens.
I worked with support on all the common trouble shooting like setting channel, and channel width, and selecting a mode without AX, factory reset and removing all other wired connections, latest firmware (and they had me try a newer firmware you could only download from their site, not through update tool). Nothing worked. Once the 2.4 wifi died, i never once saw it work again in all in the trouble shooting i did. Same with this replacement router.

@Ripp Well, my replacement has just died after 6 months, 2.4ghz wifi went out and won't come back but everything else works fine, just like the last two. As long as they replace under warranty i will continue to use but if they don't i'm going another brand. I really liked the router when it works....
