Dear all,

I download the firmware update from the support site: TD-W8961ND_V1.0_111125

I followed the instruction to upgrade the firmware, progress bar went to 100%, after completion, i checked the device info, it still showed the previous version: 1.0.0 Build 100722 Rel.05210

I tried to restore the device to factory default settings, still the same.

I'm having a hard time trying to configure an WAP to work with my TD-W8961ND modem/router but it is not working, i hope the newer firmware would solve the issue. But it seems i can't seem to upgrade the firmware.

Any advice would be appreciated.
