Hello,

The OpenVPN config file is secured when you configure it on the router and there is no additional user ID or password for the clients to login.

Here is the configuration guide to set up and OpenVPN on the AX11000:

How to use OpenVPN to access your home network through the Wi-Fi Routers

Thanks.

Hello,

Please help verify some details and we will try to figure it out:

1. What is your network topology that how devices are connected in your network?

2. What is the WAN IP address on the AX11000 and it is suggested to configure the DDNS:
How to set up TP-LINK DDNS on TP-Link Wireless Router?

3. Please check the VPN Tunnel: login the web interface, and on the VPN Server-> VPN Connections, we can see the status of the VPN Server, confirm if there is a VPN connection enabled. If not, which means the VPN setup is not successful.

Thanks.

@Kevin_Z

1. My connectivity its simple. The fibre internet its oning thru an ONT and input to the WAN of my AX11000

2. DDNS its for those without static ip address. i have static ip address at home

3.  Yes there is an entry but no client connected

I have no issue with asus router previously also on Open VPN. I m an IT professional to be frank
