I have just purchased a new router. Setting up and it will not provide an Internet connection. Called the Hotline and was told they are busy; left my number. NO call back and now no one is answering at all!!! Very poor and just about to pack the box and go for a refund. NO Service from this Company

Hello, sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

 

If the hotline is busy, try it later as there might be peak hours.

 

Back to your A20 setup issue, please check if there is a WAN IP address after the setup:

What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

 

Contact your ISP as well to confirm all the internet parameters and ensure you typed them correctly in. Thanks.
