Hi,

I recently purchased a TPLink AX6000 WiFi router. Not long after I updated the firmware as I saw the notification in my tether app. Since then the WiFi signal has not been as it was in day one. Today I rebooted the router after noticing the WiFi speeds had dropped off upstairs and my 2.4ghz network has literally disappeared. The 5g is still going so I've switched my devices to that but the 2.4ghz can't be found and was essential to pushing WiFi to the farthest rooms from the router.
To fix I have tried rebooting the router again and also turned it off and back on again but still no joy. Any help would be great as we can't call support at the moment?

@PMac63

Do you mean the 2.4G network will disappear after the firmware update? Or some wireless devices disappear when connected to the 2.4G network after the firmware update?

If it is the latter, can you please try the below beta firmware and give it a go?

May it helps.
