Extender RE505x not Passing home care settings

Hi i have a issue that i bought the RX505 to work with my AX50 router. i have setup home guard on the router and it seem it the Extender is not ad hearing to the Home Guard profiles that i have set for my children. my old TL-WA850RE v2.0 it seem to pass it throught

Hello，
Please check if you have configured any advanced settings on the RE505X, like access control or other settings.
How did you set up the home guard on the router? If you delete it and try to set up it again, will the RE505X work well or not?
What is the distance between your router and RE505X? Are you able to get the Internet from the RE505X?

@Solla-topee Access controll is not active on the re505x . internet works fine it when i pause there internet via home guard it only works when they connected to the router wifi it self. When they connected to the extender they can can browse with out any restriction the policy that i set up in home guard on the AX50.
a workaround is to add the extender to the divice list in the profile but that then block internet access to everyone

Hi, sorry to hear that the trouble is caused.
Since the different operating principle of TL-WA850 RE v2 and the RE505X, you can't make the profile work for your kids when they connect RE505X's network.
Only way you can try which you have already tested is to add the extender to the device list in the profile but that then make it work to everyone which connects the RE505x.
