Cant get 500 mbps on my deco m4

Firmware Version: 1.4.0

Sup guys.

does anyone have 500 mbps on ethernet connection on decp?

I just cant have that speed at any way.

When i connect my pc to my router it gives me 500 although when i connect to the deco i just get 200.

i ve already did the thingy on qos and it is the same thing.

Is it because thge firmware? i have the latest 1.4.0

Hello, sorry about that.

Please help verify more details and we will try to figure it out ASAP:

1. What is the current network topology/layout? Are all Deco units Deco M4s? Is the main Deco M4 working as a router or an access point?

2. Who is your ISP and what kind of modem/router you are using?

3. Could you please show us a screenshot of the speed test on the Deco App when your phone is connected to the main Deco? To do a comparison analysis, please connect your computer to the main deco directly with an Ethernet cable and show us the screenshot of the speed test results.
