Parental Controls Filter not blocking adult sites
Im trying to block adult sites for 6 of my kid's devices and it's not blocking adult websites. I dont explicitely list any sites, just set the filter level to "pre-teen". Any ideas?

Hello,
If the adult websites are actually not blocked when you choose "pre-teen" filter level, please go to https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com and enter the URL of the adult website, then you will see if that website belongs to an adult website or not.
If you find that website is classified into the wrong categories, please submit a reclassify request to Trend Micro.
However, if the website belongs to the correct website category but it is not blocked, please show us the Parental Control settings page on your Deco app as well as the firmware version of the Deco device.
Thanks.

I am having the same issue. pornhub.com is not being blocked on any of my Mobile Devices. It is being blocked on my Desktops and Laptops, but not my Galaxy S10, Pixel XL or Samsung Galaxy Tab E.
I have an Archer C3150...
And Trend Micros indicates that it should be blocked as it is listed as Pornography 18+...
Please advise. It is not blocking pornhub when sett to pre-teen, and I am about to go out and buy another Router and toss this one...

I have the same issue. Parental Control is not doing anything to block the adult sites. Doesn't matter if I set to Child or Pre-teen or Teen. As other users commented, I checked the https://global.sitesafety.trendmicro.com too. It's clearly classified as 18+. I will share my feedback on Amazon as well.

@TP_ Here are the some websites that TP link failed to block;
https://www.xvideos.es
https://www.erome.com/a/Nzt8yVvk
https://www.xvideos.com
https://xnxxxvideos62.com
https://en.vidmo.org/video.php?id=12034374
https://xhamster5.desi/
https://kompoz2.com/find/pirn/
https://xnxxxvideoshd.co/
https://www.pornfuck.net/
and many more....
it does not block them.
Even sometimes it allows other websites that it blocked previously. So weird to understand why it is sometime allowing the same website blocked that it blocked previously.

@NewTPcustomer I was just chatting with online support team. They are based in China. They have no idea or knowledge how the parental control works or its features and functions.
I am a IT professional myself and will be returning the router back and buy another brand.
I recommend the same, you dont need to waste your time with this junk.

Same thing here. In my case is even worse considering that I am using parental control and enabling Adult as Filter Level. And it does work anyway. Tested in my Wi-Fi using my notebook connected only to my Deco M5.

To be fair; most support is outsourced whether it's to China or India. Having said that, an IT professional should know TP-Link is a Chinese company. Let me find out you returned your Samsung/Sony TV, since those are 'foreign' companies.
