TP LINK configured but no internet
Hi,
Could you please tell me what's wrong here? I used to have all the circle blue, but now it is not anymore and I havent changed anything to my configuration. I can find the extender to connect in my available networks but I have no internet when connected.

Hello,
Please find the model number at the bottom label of the product, which may begin with TL-xx, RE.xx, or Archer xx. Please also find the hardware version of the product, which begins with Ver.xx.
This is a FAQ you can refer to do some troubleshooting for the range extender:

If still no Internet, please help us confirm some information:
1. What are the Led Staus on RE after setup? Please let us know the troubleshooting steps you have tried in details, thank you!
2. The model number of the main router? Do you try to extend 2.4G or 5G wifi from the router?
3. After configuration, please log in to RE's web page and send us a photo of the Status page, wait for 3-5 mins, save the system log and send us the log file.(System tools-> system log)
4. Please find the firmware of range extender:

4. May I know how long do you have this RE and when did the issue start?

Thanks a lot, I followed the FAQ, I was in case 3. I resetted and changed the name of the SSID. All is fine now.
