 what info r u meant 2 put in when doing the set up?

 

i think im doing the right info but im not getting internet connection, trying 2 run off the bt smarthub with disc..

Hello!

For your case, please help us check the following information

  1. At the back of the VR400, which port is connected to the BT internet service, the DSL or the LAN/WAN port?
  2. As for the set-up information you mentioned, I guess it was the internet connection type PPPoE or Dynamic IP, and the PPPoE username and passwordso do you have these details from BT?
