I would like to connect to a VPN and I need L2TP protocol support or OPEN VPN client support.
is there a way to add any of the features ?

Hi, for the issue, please take the below answer as reference.
The device Archer VR400 only supports VPN server. It can be used as Open VPN server but can't be uses as Open VPN client.
For L2TP, it only supports L2TP pass-through.

But, It indeed doesn't support Open VPN client and L2TP VPN connection.
