AX50 Dropping Internet
Hi,
I had an old TP Link router for the last 2.5 years and didn't have any problems with it.
Couple of weeks ago i upgraded to the AX50 however now the internet drops out every half an hour or so.
It fixes itself after about 15 sec however the orange light on the router comes on during this time.
The system log says Type=Remote Management and Log Content=Service Stop.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!

Hello,
May I know who is your ISP and what is the model number of the modem?
Have you checked the modem connection already? If you connect a computer directly to the modem and will the internet be stable? If the modem internet is stable, please kindly send us the whole system log from the internet is working to it stops then comes back, don't restart the AX50.
BTW, what is the model number of your old TP-Link router, is it still functioning? If yes, please kindly tell us the hardware version and firmware version then we may do a comparison.
Thanks.

Hi @Kevin_Z
My ISP: TPG
Model number of new modem: Archer AX50(EU) v1.0
I have noticed it only drops out when using my Playstation 4 which is wired directly into the router. When the router drops out, it re-connects to the internet in approx 10-15 secs by itself. I do not need to do anything.
When the internet has dropped out, the connection status on my NBN modem is still green.
My old router: Archer C1200 (firmware: 1.0.0 Build 20170802 rel.81832 (EU))
Thanks,
Brendan
