My tp link extender's connection is so slow even if the extender is beside of the router. I've tried to upgrade its firmware, rebooting, factory reset, but the output is the same. How do I fix this? Hi, for the issue, may I know the lights' status on the extender?
If they are all solid blue and works well, but you find your range extender has slow speed, please refer to this article to do the troubleshooting:

When comparing the speed on RE and router, please compare the speed of the same bands, for example, router's 2.4G Wifi& RE's 2.4G Wifi.
Please help us confirm some information:
1. When the client is next to Range Extender, make a screenshot of the speed test of the main router and send to us
Screenshots of RE's speed test results (2-3 times)
2. A photo of link speed on the computer
3. How long do you have this RE and when did the issue start?
