Hello all,

 

I am facing  an issue with my new router Archer A6 (EU) V2.

The router continously loses connection for the internet.If I reconnect the ethernet canle on the internet port it starts working again.

This has been happening more frequently after i upgrade my router firmware to latest version 1.3.0 Build 20200402 rel.51999.

I have connected the same ethernet cable from my ISP provider to my computer and configured new PPPoE conncetion its working flawlessly without any drop in internet connection on my computer 

Also i have cloned my computer's ethernet MAC id in 'Use Custom MAC address' on the Advanced-Internet page still i am facing the same issue of internet connectivity drop connection.

i didn't faced this issue when i was using firmware version 1.2.1 Build 20200110 rel.60118.

Can somebody help me on this issue.

Hello,

 

If your Archer A6 is an EU version, it is suggested to update to the latest firmware which is recently released:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-a6/#Firmware

If your Archer A6 is an EU version, it is suggested to update to the latest firmware which is recently released:
