May I know if you have NBN box in your home?

If your connection switch from DSL to fiber connection, you need a modem which switch the signal from fiber to Ethernet.

Since our product VR600 can't do that.

If you have NBN box, please follow the instruction to set up the VR600 to be a regular wireless router. https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2574/

You shouldn't go to quick setup to set it up.

After configuration, please check if it works.

If it doesn't work, please send me the screenshot of the status to check.

The lights status on the router and how did you connect the router.

BTW, who is your internet service provider?
