OpenVPN support
Is there a way to setup openvpn client on Archer C50 v4?
The router is only used as a extended wireless network, so any loss of functinality if I have to make changes wont cause any problems.
I guess it run some kind of openwrt, how do I get root access to it? It responds to ssh, but not with standard login credentials.
Kind regards
svekje

Hello,
The Archer C50 v4 doesn't support VPN client settings, it only offers a VPN server (OpenVPN and PPTP). However, it will operate by defaul as VPN passthrough using IPSec, PPTP, or L2TP. All you have to do is have the client software installed on the client devices and the VPN be based in one of the 3 mentioned protocols.
We cannot provide more suggestions on the third-party software like OpenWRT, sorry about that.
