Model: AP300
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version:

I Have an AC1750 Archer C7 V5.0 router which until recently i use to connect to various computers in the same workgroup named 'WORKGROUP'

I now have the problem where i get the message 'Workgroup is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resourse.' when i try to connect to all the computers in the workgroup.

No body else uses this system so it is doubtful anyone has changed the settings.  Can anyone please help me. If i connect through a switch everything works fine so i am pretty sure it is the router.

many thanks.

@Chris_Ballard

Hello,

Did you change any settings on the C7 or in your network? How about upgrading the router firmware? What is the current firmware of your C7?

BTW, are all the computers connected to the C7 LAN, no other private LANs? Can you show me how did you try to access the other computer on the LAN?

Thanks.
