What is the model number of the device?
If the firmware upgrade got stuck on 100%, please wait for some time patiently and confirm the LED status on it. If the LEDs are normal, you may try to power cycle the router and confirm again.
Do you still use the original power adapter? Were you trying to upgrade the firmware via a wireless connection or wired connection?
Try to hard reset it by holding the reset button or hole for 10s if the power cycle doesn't recover it.
Are you able to access its web UI from a browser? What is the hardware and firmware version?
When and where did you buy this also?
