DLNA Blocker with AX50 in Access Mode

I got an AX50 and installed it in Access Mode with a variety of cable connection running through it. It replaced a D-link router that had been doing the same thing for years. The first thing that I noticed is that a DLNA server I have attached to it with a wire was not showing up on the network. There does not seem to be any settings in access mode that block or allow traffic. I "assumed" it should just act as an open switch.
Any ideas?

I just installed the new beta firmware, disabled IGMP Snooping and the NAS was instantly recognized by the TV in the AP Mode. When I enabled IGMP Snooping, the connection was lost again and the TV didn't recognize the DLNA Server anymore.
