Hello, my wifi is unstable. By doing several connection tests, I always find that the download (and sometimes the upload) is initially at the maximum, then goes to 0, then returns to the maximum ... it always has this tread.

If instead I use the cable, the download and the upload are constant.

How can I solve it?

As per your description, it seems that this speed issue only occurs on your wireless clients, can you please help check with the below details?

 

1. May I know these devices are connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz of the C7? Are all of the wireless clients experiencing the same issue or only some specific devices? If you connect these devices to the C7 with an Ethernet cable, is there any issue?

 

2. When these devices connect to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz, how about the signal, is the connection always stably connected? 

 

3. Have you ever tried to change some wireless settings yet? Including wireless channel and channel width. For example, change the channel of 2.4GHz to 1, 6 or 11, channel width to 20Mhz; for 5GHz, use channels 36, 40 and 44, channel width 80MHz.

i set fixed channels and bandwidth, plus yesterday i installed the new firmware and it fixed. I don't know if it was the new firmware or the manual settings. thanks for the tips.
