Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.0 Build 20200324 Rel. 51287

The device reboots at least 4-5 times in a day and also I checked debug lof, I see these kinds of errors also

 

The fibre terminates and connects to a Huawei Router, which connectes to my Deco (Operation Mode: AP)

 

There are 3 Deco M9 Plus in the house

Hello, please verify below info and we will check how you help you out:

1. How many Deco M9 units in your network and are all of them having this auto-reboot issue or just one of them?

2. When it reboots, what is the LED status? How long it will last?

3. If only one specific unit reboots but the others are good, try to swap the power adapter with others and monitor.

4. Is there any special operation or traffic in your network when it reboots? How about the room temperature and is the Deco feeling hot?

After the last message I had written a program to monitor Deco and found that it actually doesn't restart, because the devices don't lose their IPs given to them

 

 

1. How many Deco M9 units in your network and are all of them having this auto-reboot issue or just one of them?

So correct, it is just net disconnection or mesh loss not reboot

We have airconditioned house :-| Should I fix it in the cold storage ?

Dear Team,

 

i figured out that one of the M9 Plus Decos (I purchased a pack of 3) is defective and rebooting sometimes
