I'm looking for Archer XR500v support page, so I can find and download it's latest firmware update.
I didn't found it in any Tp-link website(any country).
If anyone have this information, please share it here. Thank you in advance.

I guess this router is no longer compatible with HUAWEI OLT .
ZTE works fine but not Huawei.

@Sunshine the model which we are discussing is fiber modems and the models being recommended are vdsl/adsl modem

Please call tolfree for tplink and tell them your issues and a new firmware will come to you in email from them as these routers with gpon built are for isp use and not end user
