hello,

My Xr500v is connect to my ISP and O5 everything OK, but after some time (10 to 15 minutes) it crashes and I cannot connect to wifi and wired connecting no internet connection and cannot access router 192.168.1.1, I reboot it manually and everything is ok again !

Does someone have a firmware update to see if it resolves the problem ?

I'm in Portugal ISP MEO(Altice).

Hi, did you get the model router from the internet service provider?

Since it is a specialized mode for local service provider only, so there is no common firmware for upgrade and normally customers might need to contact the ISP and they will update the firmware from their side directly;
