Hi,

 

I am looking to upgrade my modem router for VR600V, so I can eliminate some extra hardware I'm using.

 

I have a voipline.net.au account using a Grandstream HT802 Analogue Telephone Adapter.

 

CONNECTED using a DECT Uniden XDECT8155 Telephone System.

 

 

 

 

I am only using the UNIDEN XDECT 8305WP SUBMERSIBLE WATERPROOF OPTIONAL HANDSETS, which connect to the XDECT8155

I want to know wether or not if I replace my modem with VR600V that I can also replace the Grandstream HT802 Analogue Telephone Adapter & DECT Uniden XDECT8155 Telephone System and there compatibility of UNIDEN XDECT 8305WP SUBMERSIBLE WATERPROOF OPTIONAL HANDSETS?

Thank you for your patience.

If I am right, you wish to connect the two VoIP phones via RJ11 cables directly to VR600V so that you don’t need to use the Grandstream HT802 Analogue Telephone Adapter, right?

For the VOIP function on our modem, you could view this link first and make sure that you are able to get all the needed information:

and just in case there is any limitation on the DECT Uniden XDECT8155 Telephone System or special setting needed, please also have a check with the Telephone System as well.

Thanks, I know I can connect my phone with the RJ11 connections but want to know if the DECT Uniden XDECT 8305WP Stand Alone handset will connect directly to the VR600V?

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

If you have got all the VOIP setting for XDECT 8305WP Stand Alone handset  needed on the VR600V, and there is no other special settings required for the handset.

They should work fine.
