Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 20200630 rel.57406(4555)

I have tried to change the wi-fi password from the default settings to a new one but I have been getting a failure all around (see the attachement)!!! I have tried multiple times on different days and tried different passwords, different browsers (explorer, firefox) with cache and history removed. The router was rebooted multiple times. All have been done after upgrading the latest firmware version. Nothing helped.

Screen attached.

Please, I would really appreciate if the issue gets fixed because otherwise I will be forced to return the product during the next days. But I prefer to keep it and get it fixed.

Thanks.

Jana

@JanaL

Hello,

Are there any special characters in the new password? Try simple numbers or letters to give it a go.
