Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Latest

I am using a TP-Link MR600 router V1 with the latest firmware installed.  UPnP is active on the router yet the QNAP does not detect it.  I therefore cannot access my qnap via the myclouid nor log a helpdesk ticket.  HELP!!  Any and all feedback appreciated.  I have attached a number of images showing, the UPnP active in the router and another where the QNAP does not detect it being active or available.  Other errors also shown trying to connect to the helpdesk app. This was working fine on my ADSL system before I switched to the 4g router.  PC can access the internet without issue, just not the QNAP NAS.

From within the QNAP box.  Router UPnP not detected even though it is turned on.

Helpdesk app which also required access to the internet also has errors.

@MAKINGITRIGHT

Good Day,

Thank you very much for your patience.

I thought it might because the internet IP on the MR600 is a private one.

So there would be another firewall outside of MR600 which would block the UPNP connection.

If you do not mind, you could have a check of the status page to see what the internet IP is;

Thank you~

@Sunshine thanks for the reply.  Prior to the mr600 being used there was a ADSL router being used. The same laptop and same NAS.  Everything worked fine.  When we changed to use the mr600 we can access the NAS content when on the local network but not via the web which is where we need it to see the NAS when away from the office.  What other firewall would be involved??  Are you talking about the status page in the NAS?

@MAKINGITRIGHT

Hi~

So, actually, you are using the MR600 as a wireless router, not a LTE gateway with a sim card?

The IP address is like here:

Or The ADSL router used to sim card to get internet as well?

Thank you~

So, as we mentioned before, what is the internet IP address on the Archer MR600, is it a public IP or a private IP address?
