Hi, I  have two routers TL-WR841N and TL-WR740N which are 300 Mbps and 150 Mbps respectively. But when I look at a mobile phone speed is 72 Mbps and less (program Wifi signal strenght meter ver.1.3.8). Why is not 300 or 150 Mbps ??. And, which of these two routers to set up as the main router connected to the modem from the ISP ?. Speed from my Internet provider is 23 Mbps. Thanks

Hello,

The 300Mbps or 150Mbps wireless speed advertised on the TP-Link website or product package is not the actual wireless speed the laptop or phone can get, there is a difference between theoretical wireless speed and actual wireless speed, refer to the below article for more details:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/321

It is suggested to use the WR841N as the main wireless router as its theoretical wireless speed is better than the WR740N.

Good day.
