Hello,

Are you playing games on the same computer when connected to 2.4GHz or 5GHz? When connected to 5GHz, can you access the internet? Try to do a ping test when connected to 5GHz like below and show me the results:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/425/

What kind of games are you playing? Are there some specific games that don't work or all games? How about the 5GHz wireless speed? Try to download the speedtest app on your computer and do a simple test.

BTW, who is your ISP? Try to change the DNS server on the router to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, reboot the router and confirm again.

Thanks.
