Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20200416 rel.72485

I need help, as I connected my external HDD to the USB port of the router. My HDD is 4TB WD NAS HDD. The HDD is in Exfat format. I connected to the network, But one folder showing 206.5 MB & another folder showing 1.07 TB. Can't access the rest of spce which is more then 3TB. Please waiting for any reply.

Hello, thanks for discussing the USB sharing issue you encountered with the community.

 

Below is some basic suggestions if you cannot read some files when attached the HDD to the USB port on the router:

Please help verify the below:

1. Are the 206.5 MB and 1.07 TB are two separate folders that you can find when you tried to access the HDD via SMB (\\192.168.0.1) or FTP (ftp://192.168.0.1)? How many folders don't show up? What kind of files in those folders?

2. What if your plug this 4TB HDD to your computer directly, can you see all the folders?

3. Have you ever tested this issue with another smaller HDD or USB drive?
