@jimi If you are refering to the the "Time settings" and the "system time" dashboard, there doesn't seem to be any method where you can change from MM/DD/YY to some other format. YYYY/MM/DD or DD/MM/YYYY

Maybe because it uses a Broadcom chip, it makes use of an American format? Or some other type of constraint, or the developers of the User Interface think it is not worth the effort to develop or they can't find some plug-in to make this work.

@4x3.2x9

Thanks for the reply.

I already checked and couldn't find any option, just wondered if anyone had found a way.

I would doubt it's anything to do with chips or programing constraints, most other router/modems I've had allow the date format to be changed. It's a very minor thing in programming terms and considering the majority of the world uses Day Month Year I think it's a bit ridiculous that the option is not there.

@4x3.2x9

It certainly does, makes you wonder if they pay any attention to customer feedback, certainly doesn't look like it.

@jimi

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

We would report your feedback to our R&D department for further evaluation.

It is kind of inconvenient for most of the European areas;

Thank you very much!

@Sunshine

Thanks for the reply, its not just European areas. The interantional ISO format is YYYY-MM-DD  and the majority of the world uses Day Month Year so catering to a relative minority seems odd.surprise

check this link for a world map https://calendars.wikia.org/wiki/Date_format_by_country

@Sunshine

When you view the "System Log", format is YYYY-MM-DD HH:SS. Something somewhere, be it hardware or software, is making use of this YYYY-MM-DD format.

Odd that this format YYYY-MM-DD, can not be used for the "Time settings" when configuring the" time" and the default is MM/DD/YY
