Online upgared firmware is not working.
Hi all,
I have a problem with upgrade via GUI, when I click on UPGRADE button, the system displayed the notification: "Unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later". But I am connected to the cloud server.
Log: 2020-08-18 17:38:45 CLOUD ERROR [10787] connect download server fail
Do you have a solution to this problem?
Thanks, Seb.

Hello,
As per this error message, the router seems to fail to connect to the TP-Link Cloud server, please confirm below:
1. Confirm whether the system time of the router is correct. If the router cannot synchronize the time using the built-in NTP server, it is suggested to manually modify the NTP server in Time Settings into time.windows.com or Google the local NTP server in your region.
2. Change the WAN DNS server into 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
May it help.

Hi @Kevin_Z,
thank you for your answer, but it is not better. Time and Date is correct (Prague timeline). I added new static routing WAN (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), but this fix is not working. After click on upgrade, same notification is displayed
Best Regard,
Seb
