Deco M4 ethernet to computer not working

Hi folks,
So far, I have one Deco M4 set up and the WiFi is working perfectly. Now, I want to connect my laptop using the ethernet cable to the 2nd port on my Deco to connect to the internet (the wifi on my laptop is for unrelated reasons disabled).
However, "Unknown Network, No internet access" is the result at my laptop.
When I diagnose the network: "Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration".
I would have expected automatic internet access after connecting my laptop through an ethernet cable to my main Deco, why is this not working?

wifi is working fine but ethernet no internet? Did your computer show a lan connection but no internet?

Hi there, mine one is Deco E4, im also facing this issue (using lan cable to connect laptop but cant access internet) can i use the same setting?

Sorry, after note down the Vlan ID, go where to change, mode and..? Then just disable the IPTV/VLAN right

It only affect if you're using iptv such as astro but everything else should be fine
