Tp-Link = Sentim Bilişim ?

I bought a TpLink TD-W9970 v3 modem through Turktelekom service provider.
We buy it as TpLink. Company Sentim Bilişim is coming out.
Why do you allow such a situation?
very bad company released a terrible update. there are too many problems. complaints are ignored.
I bought it because it is TpLink. You have fault too. Why does your company allow this?

Correct contact address is "modemdestek@sitetelekom.com.tr", I contacted on 27.08.2020. There is no answer yet. I guess they will never give I could not get an answer to my previous messages.
I am informed by "support.tr@tp-link.com" I gave up the device , I wish you good work. Thank you for taking the time and answering.
