Is there any firmware available for the XN020-G3v GPON router

My ISP provided me with the XN020-G3v GPON router, but its current firmware has issues with Chromecast and it also gets disconnected from my phone frequently even if I'm close enough to the radio signal.
Is there any firmware update available for this model?

Since it is a customized model for the local service providers, normally the firmware would be updated by the ISP automatically.
So if possible, please have a check with your service provider to see if there is any firmware upgrade.

Hello and thank you for your reply.
I don't think it has been customized by the ISP, they just put the username and password for the PPoE and that's it, everything else it's just like TP-Link implemented in the product, that's why a firmware update provided by TP-Link can be apply without affecting the ISP information.
I'm really suffering by the problems I already mention and they don't have anything to do with it, I already asked.
