Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.5 Build 20200630 rel.57406(4555)

Hi, I bought this router like 3-4 days ago, and I have this problem where the wifi signal appears in the phone wifi settings, but I can not connect to it. Also, the 5 Ghz does not work. For no one in this house.

Hello,

Please ensure that you use the host wifi password to connect to the TP-Link wifi, and try to forget the profile and reconnect: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/918/

And try to login to the web UI of the C6 with a wired cable connected and change the wireless settings, after that, try to reconnect to the wifi.

Still the same, you can hard reset the router by holding the reset hole for 10s with it powered on and reconnect to it.

May it help.
