Hello,

Model: EN020-F5 (https://service-provider.tp-link.com/wifi-router/en020-f5/)

I'm writing regarding an issue I have with a router model TP-Link EN020-F5, I have no idea what this router is it seems to be sold under TP-Link Agile Config (https://service-provider.tp-link.com/solution/26/). When I play any video-game after a while I'll get kicked out even though the internet connection seems stable otherwise, I had a look at the router logs.

Hello, thanks for the detailed information.

This TP-Link EN020-F5 seems a customized version for Service Providers in the local market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by your ISP.

Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP first to check if there is any limitation on the firmware.

Thanks.
