Router tp link archer ax 10 download only 10mbps
Hello. I have a new router tp link archer ax 10. Connection from the provider via static IP address. I only have a network cable brought into the apartment. I have a connection speed of 100Mbps. I have filled in all the fields in the settings in the same way as on the old Netis router. When I connect an old 1GB Netis router or another 1GB router, this speed works on a PC, on a mobile phone and on other devices. However, if I replace the Netis router with an Archer AX 10, set the Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting to 100Mbps Full Duplex or 100Mbps Half Duplex (Auto negotiation and 1000Mbps Full Duplex do not support or work at all), then my download speed will drop to a maximum of 13Mbps. But the upload works normally, approaching 80Mbps. I repeat that the slow speed is on all devices, via cables and wifi. I don't think it will be a connection cable from the provider, because other routers work at maximum speed.
thank you for the advice

Hello,
Who is your internet service provider?
Without any devices connected, please connect one computer to the AX10 directly and to test the speed for 3 times and show us the screenshots of the test results.
And please check the wired/wireless negotiation speed separately as below when the computer is connected to the AX10:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2899/
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/
Meanwhile, please check the information mentioned above with your computer connected to the cable from the wall directly so that we can do a comparative analysis.
Please ensure that the current firmware is up to date and leave the WAN negotiation speed by default and confirm what it is:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2472/
BTW, please disable the QoS feature on the AX10 web interface and test the speed again.
Good day.
