Upgrade tool is not able to validate my login ID and Password
I read that to upgrade my deco M9 plus system I have to do it using the upgrade tool.
Apart that my Windows 10 system does not recognize as secure this tool, once I accept the risk and launch the application I don't get logged.
I have reseted the password and verified it with my mobile app.
Any idea where it could be the problem? I am using the VLAN 192.168.68.0 / 24 for the router internal subnet and I don't know if maybe the problem could be originated for the app looking for the router in some specifi range / IP.
