Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.10

I read that to upgrade my deco M9 plus system I have to do it using the upgrade tool.

 

Apart that my Windows 10 system does not recognize as secure this tool, once I accept the risk and launch the application I don't get logged. 

 

I have reseted the password and verified it with my mobile app. 

 

Any idea where it could be the problem? I am using the VLAN 192.168.68.0 / 24 for the router internal subnet and I don't know if maybe the problem could be originated for the app looking for the router in some specifi range / IP.

Yes, you are right. The issue was the windows version. Before receiving you reply I have just found other user's post with the same problem.

Hi, there might be an issue for the Upgrade Tool to communicate with the local Deco units, you may simplify the network first and try again.

 

If possible, you may try with a different computer, Windows or Mac.
