Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6

Hey , I have 5 Phones in which 2 of them only supports 2.4ghz wifi network and other 3 support dual band networks.

 

the problem is the phones which supports dual band is able to connect to router but not able to login into it , Screenshot attached.

 

I tried 192.168.0.1 and tplinkwifi.net but the pages keep loading forever.

 

as for the phones which supports 2.4ghz network is working fine and able to login into archer c6.

 

i have tried resetting , rebooting , switching tp link ids but to no avail able to login from dual band phones.

When these three phones cannot access the router via the Tether app, are they connected to the 5G network or 2.4G? Is the guest network enabled or disabled?

 

You may try to disable the 2.4G network, then reboot the router and launch the Tether app again on these phones, confirm again if you can access it.
