Hi, 

I have configured TD-W9977 ADSL modem as a bridge mode. the same has connected with my firewall. The internet is disconnecting every 3 hours. os there any other settings i have to do.

i have verfied with ISP and firewall team they told there was no issue..

please help me to fix this issue.

Good day.

Sorry for the delay.

Did you set up the TD-W9977 as an ADSL bridge modem only and connect your firewall router behind it?

Did both the wireless connection and wired connection drop the internet?

Did you need to do the broadband connection, such as PPPoE on the firewall router to get internet?

Would the DSL light blink or turn off when the internet dropped?

Have you tried to connect the computer to the bridge modem directly and set up the broadband connection on the computer to see if the connection would be stable?

By the way, how long have you had the router and when did the issue start?
