Did you still have the issue with Archer VR300?
If yes, please help me check the following information:
- At the back of the Archer VR300, which port is connected to the ISP, the DSL port, or LAN/WAN port?
- Who is your internet service provider and what is the internet connection type, PPPoE, dynamic IP?
- If possible, please log into the web UI of Archer VR300 and check the following information:
The internet IP address 
- What is the IP address on your wired laptop, and have you set up the static IP address on the computer?
