Second port no internet

Internet plan is unifi 300mpbs, router Deco E4R ， currently E4R Port 1 connect to modem,port 2 I want connect to NAS but no internet, setting at Deco apps Enable IPTV/Vlan , after enable, NAS still no internet

Hello,
Please disable the VLAN/IPTV on your Deco and ensure your NAS is obtaining an IP address automatically from the Deco system,
Does your NAS work before with your old router? Please try another new cat5e or cat6 cable again and ensure the connection between the NAS and the main Deco is good.
If all the other devices work fine with the Deco network, it is suggested to contact the NAS support as well to check the basic settings on it and ensure it can get an IP address from the Deco system.
