Model: CAP1750
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Getting 100/100 from behind however, wifi signals are weaker, probably maximum 50/50 no matter how close you are to the router.

Also, have AC-1750 router, but not showing up in the list. Wonder why?

Hello,

Please verify the model number of the router again, which can be found on its bottom label, it begins as Archer or TL-WRxxx.

May I know who is your internet service provider? Without any devices connected, please connect one computer to your modem directly with an Ethernet cable and go to speedtest to run the test for 3 times and show us the screenshots of the test results.

Then connect the modem--wireless router--the same computer, and test the speed again. If the wired speed is not good, please try to reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch first.

You can refer to the below instruction to narrow down the issue as well.
